ABOUT
- We offer free legal advice to our victim by the legal professionals who are advocates or counsels ready to spare sometime for social causes.
- In addition to the legal support, we, at Sangharsh, aim to provide emotional support to our victim as well by taking care of their mental health which becomes unwell due to the constant harassment meted out to them.
- Counseling– The counseling at Sangharsh is given by the legal counsels and professionals as well as the victims who have suffered the same atrocities in the past and emerged as winners. The reason why we have chosen the victims for counseling purpose is the fact that someone who has been into the same shoes can understand the sufferings and pain more appropriately.
- We take care of matters depending upon their gravity. For special and unique cases of men harassment, we provide volunteers who will help and support them throughout.
- For the victims who are facing false cases under Section 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, divorce cases, Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), Guardianships & Wards Act (Child Custody), we also provide templates, formats of petitions and return statements free of cost to help them identify their grounds of arrest and assist them further.
- We provide assistance to encourage the victims in solving their matrimonial disputes through mediation centres which are established by the government institution or by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
- The victims can also enroll themselves for our free news circulation on weekly basis regarding the updated judgments passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the amended laws concerning cases falling under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, divorce cases, Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code and so on.
- To provide free legal support to the victims whose fundamental rights are being hampered by the officials of Crime Against Women Cell or by the police officials.
- Free of cost confidential discussion via one to one session by the legal experts or professionals in special cases.
- The victim will also have the option to enroll themselves for our free SMS services to get the intimation regarding the updates of latest judgments, amended laws on the misuse of gender-based laws.
